Founder of ACP, Steve was a senior trader at Lehman Brothers Europe co-managing a $1bn investment portfolio in European technology and automotive sectors. In 2009 Steve joined Barclays Capital London and most recently Barclays Capital International HK where he was responsible for the development of the alternative asset manager business within the Equity division.

Brice is a French national and holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a MSc in Physics, Electronics and Computer Sciences. Brice started his career as a Formula One engineer where he was responsible for the development of cutting-edge solutions in fields ranging from simulation to embedded systems as well as related track activities. Leveraging this experience, Brice switched to technology investments and has worked on numerous deals over the last 4 years. Brice speaks French, German and English (albeit both with accents).

Aaron joined ACP in 2015. He has 5 years' experience as a private equity investment professional. Prior to ACP, Aaron was an Associate at WHEB Partners, a leading European growth capital investor, where he was responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, deal execution and monitoring of portfolio companies. Aaron has a PhD in chemistry and nanotechnology from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Geordie began his career with Tradition-Icap working on the G10 FX currencies broking desk before leaving to join Pizzey Capital, an enhanced passive asset management firm, which was launched in 2012 by a group of ex-Deutsche Bank traders. At the start of 2014 Geordie joined the ACP team to help launch the business and is now working in the deal team, sourcing and assessing opportunities. He also holds a B.Sc in Biological sciences from the University of Bristol.

Mark is the co-founder and Managing Director at DC Capital Group, an independent financial advisory firm focused on infrastructure companies, asset-backed investments and corporate special situations working on an international basis. He has been an Executive Director of numerous operating companies during the past 25 years, and has a broad experience in the commercial real estate sector , with a specific expertise on a global basis in the data center industry.
